Staying Civilized: Accommodating Our Differences

Constructive dialogue is most likely to flourish in an environment which frees people from their formal titles, official positions, and daily routine. In this spirit, Forum 21 invites 200 accomplished men and women from varied countries, backgrounds, and disciplines for a special three-day gathering to share their views of the future:

DATE:
Thursday afternoon March 25th through Sunday afternoon, March 28th, 2004

PROGRAM:
Forum 21 emphasizes people, not topics. Accordingly, the conference program is not formulated until after we know all of the participants, their interests and areas of expertise. Participants will meet in a series of English language discussion groups, led by other participants, to consider a range of social and cultural issues emerging from the challenge of the new century.

VENUE:
Hôtel Dolce, Chantilly, France.

FEE:
The all-inclusive fee includes the conference, hotel accommodations and all meals, coffees, cocktails, receptions and Hôtel Dolce leisure activities including health club and swimming pool, tennis, and reduced green fees. (Does not include personal items, telephone charges and the like.)

2,250 Euros per person, double occupancy

2,750 Euros per person, single occupancy

Because of the success of the Deauville, Divonne and la Baule gatherings, the 2004 conference will, almost certainly, be oversubscribed. Conference places can be assured only with the payment of a deposit of at least 50% of the conference fees no later than November 1st 2003. The balance will be payable no later than January 15, 2004. Fees are fully refundable less a small processing charge if notified in writing, on or before January 15th.
